PR, marketing and digital agency, LUYA, has been appointed by Chester Racecourse to promote its continued growth.
The Chester-based agency, which has been making waves since it launched in June last year, will work across all elements of Chester Racecourse, with a primary focus on the 2019 race season. LUYA will support the internal marketing team to drive brand awareness nationally through media relations and influencer engagement.
Stephanie Hughes, Head of Marketing for Chester Racecourse comments:
“With some incredibly exciting announcements to come for Chester Race Company in the next few months, we believe that LUYA will bring a supporting mix of industry knowledge, contacts and creative ideas to the table. We certainly anticipate another exhilarating season and exciting year ahead.”
Chester Racecourse is another exciting brand added to LUYA’s impressive hospitality and leisure client list, which includes:
Gary Usher’s Elite Bistros group, the 5* Chester Grosvenor, The Ice Cream Farm, Joseph Benjamin and Porta restaurants, Red Door’s Chester and Liverpool sites as well as Grand Pacific, Australasia and Sunset, which form part of the Living Ventures Group. LUYA has also been tasked with the re-launch of The Yew Tree in Bunbury, as well as Duke Street Market in Liverpool, recently profiled on the BBC’s Million Pound Menu.
Director of LUYA, Laura Fearnall, comments:
“Chester Racecourse is an institution, so it is obviously a massive deal for us to be working with the team throughout 2019. We not only understand the project from a local perspective but working across a broad range of diverse clients, we are able to back this up with exceptional national credentials.”
LUYA has also recently launched a monthly podcast, ‘The Lowdown’. Available on iTunes, Spotify, Acast, Stitcher, Tunein, Pocket Casts and on the LUYA website, the podcast gives an insight into day to day life at LUYA, as well as an interview with key figures across a variety of industries.
